Apparently it might snow today and possibly on Thursday also.  I am kind of excited.  I kind of like the snow.  In my opinion, it is a lot better than it just being frigidly cold for no reason at all.  Snow is nice.  It increases the scenery, and it has the potential to be a lot of fun.  I remember when we were young, whenever we saw that it was snowing, we all hoped that we would have a day off from school.  If we did get off from school, we didn’t sleep in, or take the time to get caught up on homework like we do now, we went out and played in the snow.  It was a lot of fun.  Sledding was the best part.  I remember sledding for as long as I could until I basically just got too cold.  My brothers and I always went to a pretty big hill to sled down.  It was better than what most people are used to.  One time, a couple of our friends took us to a GIGANTIC hill.  When they first told us that we were going to their hill to sled, we were skeptical, because we already went sledding on one of the best hills, but the hill they showed us blew it away.  I was probably no older than 10 at the time, but I still remember that day being the greatest sledding experience I have ever had.  I remember it being so tiring to walk back up the hill.  The hill was so tall, and steep, that if we made it all the way down to the bottom of the hill while still sitting on the sled, then you accomplished something.  Now that I think back on it, I kind of want those days back whenever it snows.  That’s why I like the snow.  I hope it snows sometime soon.

  2. Hey Joel I love the snow and I agree it does make outside look pretty. I just hope it snows on Christmas Day as well. The story you gave about what you and your brothers do is what my brothers and I do as well. Go outside and play in the snow and try to make snow angels also.

  3. You're never too old for sledding as far as I'm concerned. If I were you I would make sure to go back to that hill eventually.

  4. I agree. If it snows then I don't mind the cold. And it would be great if it snowed on Christmas Day

  5. Yeah snow makes the cold better, until it's snowing a lot and then it gets all over your face, that isn't too fun.
